Workman Injury was bought on as a second in my case, right from the very beginning they were amazing! Weekly updates in regards to how things were going, some as simple as nothing new however I just wanted to check in! I felt heard and taken care of! Between Devon and Emma they literally gave me my life back! I needed shoulder surgery after an accident and they made it happen, and quickly to! Devon really took the time to do his research and fight for us when it came down to the end of the case and the result shows it. Thank you again guys and 10/10 I would beyond highly recommend! We live in Polk county so nearly 4 hours away and they still fought for is like we were just down the street!

This was my first time ever being in an auto accident. I was rear ended while stopped in traffic by a kid with essentially no insurance. Injured and unsure of what to do next I reached out to the team at Workman Injury and they took great care of me! From the first phone call they put my well being first. Devon’s words to me were “ you focus on getting better, we’ll take care of the rest and update you as we go”. From there Devon and team helped me get connected with the right people for treatment who were also focused on helping me get better. Carolina from the team regularly reached out with updates and answered any questions I had along the way. Hired Devon back in 2023 when he had his first office in south Florida. Devon not only reassured his commitment through litigation but also reassured the process on my end would be very minimal as he would be handling it all. It felt as if I had virtually nothing to do on my end and his directions were so easy it was suspiciously ominous. Rest assure Devon did every single thing behind the scenes and was on top of it all so please do not be discouraged if you feel as if you are not a priority this is not an every type of firm who makes you a number. I have since recommended Workman injury law to multiple family and friends who Devon has represented. I am happy to see his firm expanding and advertising go up across central Florida. Please don’t call the immediate big name firms that are familiar. Take the chance and leave it in Devon’s hands you will not be disappointed. Like his last name suggests he will “Work-man”Not only did I win my case I was graciously offered an allotment that I was told initially by others I would not be receiving for someone who was not at fault. Devon was referred to me by his long time friend who just happened to be a customer of mine at my job he saw how wrecked my car was and when I told him about the issues I was having with my first attorney he told me to call his friend Devon that he will make sure to fight for me and get me paid what I am owed and it was the best decision I could have made Devon was on top of it every step of the way his whole team was in contact with me atleast once a week to give me updates good or bad and being able to speak with Devon himself was never an issue that was something I really liked because when bumps came along the way I would call Devon and speak with him about the problem and he would handle it right away ! In a matter of 2 months Devon had my case won and money in the mail while my first attorney would go weeks at a time hiding and when I would FINALLY hear from her it was to argue with me and try to low ball me on what I should be compensated from my accident almost 3 months with that attorney and still in the first stages of the case heading no where that I was so glad I made the switch to Devon I regret not have done it sooner honestly !
