Devon helped take away the stress of figuring out what to do after an accident. I was able to focus on recovery and the road ahead rather than to dwell on the accident itself, the financial hardships and coordinating with the insurance companies. I appreciate not being a case number in a big firm. Although I'm sure he had many other cases alongside mine, it felt like he was right there holding my hand through it and had a vested interest in my recovery, not just a paycheck.
